Alcohol Inks: A Deeper Dive
Ready to take your alcohol ink skills to the next level? Join Diane Speirs for a small-group workshop exploring advanced techniques like layering, colour harmony, and dynamic ink movement.

Supplies to bring:
- Air blower, straw, or small hand pump (to move ink)
- Apron or old clothing (inks stain permanently)
- Nitrile gloves (protects skin from staining and irritation)
- Respirator mask or at minimum a good-quality mask
- Baby wipes or hand wipes for quick cleanup
- Optional: an appetizer to share with the class

Tammy will introduce the concept of play personalities, explore symbolism in art, and share her unique sudoku-inspired method for beginning a painting — no sudoku skills required. Through a series of engaging, playful exercises, you’ll experiment freely and discover fresh approaches to your work.
This workshop isn’t about completing a polished piece. It’s about challenging familiar habits, taking creative risks, and opening the door to new possibilities. Come ready to explore, experiment, and rediscover the joy of play. Register now and give yourself permission to create differently.
